Fixed my iPhone, but customer service was slow

My iPhone was stuck on the Apple logo, so I bought Fixppo iOS System Recovery. The software did fix my phone, which was a huge relief, and it was easy enough to follow the steps. However, I had an issue downloading the firmware initially and tried to contact customer support. It took almost two days to get a response, which felt a bit long when my phone was unusable. Once they replied, the advice was helpful, but the wait was a bit frustrating. The product works as advertised, just wish support was a bit quicker.

Good for quick video edits

I purchased Filme Video Editor a few weeks ago for a small project. The download and installation process was straightforward, took maybe 10 minutes. I used it to stitch together some vacation clips and add background music. The interface felt pretty intuitive, and I found the basic editing functions easy to use without looking up tutorials. Exporting was quick too, which was a plus. I did have a small question about a specific transition effect, and their support got back to me within a day with clear instructions. Overall, a solid tool for basic video work. The quality of the exported video was good, no complaints there.

Decent price for what it does

I was looking for a data recovery tool and picked up D-Back Data Recovery during a holiday sale. Got a pretty good deal, I think it was 40% off the annual plan. It actually helped me get back some photos I'd accidentally deleted from an old SD card. For the price I paid, it felt like a worthwhile investment. Glad I waited for a discount.
